Affiliate marketing is a form of collaboration in which publishers — for example blogs, comparison sites, influencers or newsletters — send visitors to the web shop of an advertiser If that leads to a sale or lead, the publisher receives a commission.
For advertisers it's risk-free: you only pay for the result you actually get. For publishers it's a fair way to monetise your audience without intrusive advertising.
